First development weekend in Llansteffan for Village Halls, the pilot project by Site Sit, was amazing. Llansteffan is such a wonderful place.
The turn-around for this work is quick. The exhibition in Llansteffan opens in just over three weeks time. I have a project plan in place and it should hopefully be completed after the second visit this weekend. Interestingly, it is currently a sound work. I've taken pictures but I don't plan on using them - which is a first. I'm thinking about the post-industrial silence that has fallen on the village.
Above you can hear an extract from a tour given by Eiluned Ress, local resident and member of the history society, who is amazing. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of the village and surrounding area.
