As Long As It Photographs

This evidently does not. One of Jason's many amazing objects, I saw it a few days ago and it now reminds me in hindsight of the new book(s) by Taiyo Onorato and Nico Krebs. You should check it out. It's beautiful.

Speaking of Jason and our numerous house visits, you should also have a read of this article by Luke Norman of WanderingBears.co.uk all about his time getting to know Jason at university and his influence on his work.

It's really nice to read of someone else's experiences that seem to mirror our own this year, proving just how generous and dedicated Jason is to teaching and providing exciting and inspirational opportunities for young photographers, whether that's officially as a lecturer or just out of the goodness of his heart.

Luke's WB partner-in-crime, Nik Adam, has also written an article for Sweet and Sound on his influences. Whilst Jason also gets a mention he focuses on Onorato and Krebs, the photographic duo mentioned above. You can read that here.
