Le Pub - December

Last night was ... different.

First off, apologies for the extra shakey images. My tripod broke, I still need batteries for my flash and there was copious drinking involved last night so just deal with it.

For the last presentation evening of the year, and just two weeks before everyone goes home for Christmas, this Le Pub had to be themed. Christmas songs (the weird and angry to the cringe-worthy and awesome), free mince pies and Christmas hats. Our lasers made an appearance as did Mike's incredible video of himself in 1996, bewildered in front of a Christmas green screen.

On top of that, the presenters were also very different to the usual. With three first years and two third years spread across all three courses, there was a very diverse range of work and some very controversial work shown (and that's not necessarily Tim's menagerie of dwarf porn, drugs and Holocaust jokes). Out of the five presenters, I'd say that 4 out of the 5 really divided opinions, and to extremes.

Le Pub nights will return in the New Year and you can ask to present in the usual places.
